Account Information:

Usernames have been created only for a few classes at this time. The username was created by combining the first and last name from our school database and eliminating spaces between them.

For example: "Mary Jane Smith" becomes "maryjanesmith"
"Roberto Guzman-Vasquez" becomes "robertoguzmanvazquez"

At SJHS, we use "mr", "dr", "ms", and "mrs" as teacher first names. For example, Mrs. Brunn's account is "mrsbrunn." Dr. Fox-Good's account is "drfox-good."

Passwords:

Accounts are initally created using 'stonewall' as the password and then requiring you to change your password when you first sign in. If you forget your password, please email Tina Brunn requesting to reset your Google Docs password.

Sharing Documents:

When you use the "Share" tab in the Document screen, you should include the domain name along with the user name of the person you want to share with. For example, to share a file with "Mary Jane Smith," in the "Invite People" box you would type "maryjanesmith@sjraiders.org". To share a file with more than one person, separate the user names with commas. For example: "johnsmith@sjraiders.org, laurajohnson@sjraiders.org..."
