What is SchoolFusion?

SchoolFusion (also sometimes called GroupFusion or just "Fusion") is the Learning Management System tied to Stonewall's webpage. When a student logs in, links to their class, club, and team pages appear along the left side of the window. In addition, their calendar (accessed by clicking My Calendar) will display all their class homework assignments and upcoming events.

Basically, SchoolFusion and Stonewall's webpage are the same thing.

How do I create an account so I can login to Stonewall's Webpage?

Student accounts are automatically created for them. Usernames and passwords will be provided either by the school Counseling Department or during the first week of school. After logging in, students are prompted to change their password. This username/password will carry over from year to year and from school to school. Students can use this same username and password to log in to Edulink.

Parents can also create accounts to gain access to their student's information. Like our student accounts, parent accounts carry over from year to year and from school to school. Parents use the same username and password to access each student they have in any Prince William County school.

Why doesn't the passcode I picked up work when I log in?

The passcode is NOT a PASSWORD. Parents pick up a passcode to CREATE an account that will link them to their child(ren). The passcode just verifies that you truly are the parent who should have access to that child when you create your own account (see instructions above.) If the passcode truly is not working on the "New User Registration" screen, verify that you are using the correct student number along with the correct passcode for a given child.

I created my School Fusion account but can't get into Edulink. Why not?

There is a 24 to 48 hour delay from the time a change is made to a school fusion account until the change is reflected in Edulink. Changes can include creating a new accounts or changing a passwords in school fusion.

What is the difference between SchoolFusion and Edulink?

Edulink is used by most users to check student grades. Stonewall's webpage, or SchoolFusion, is used to access class, club, and team webpages as well as a personal calendar listing all a student's upcoming assignments.

I just transferred to SJHS. How do I create an account so I can login to Stonewall's Webpage?

You do not need to create a new account. You can use the same username and password from your last school to log in to Stonewall's webpage.

I've had a schedule change. How do I add the new class webpages to my account and delete the one's I'm no longer in?

Links to your new classes are set up automatically for you through routine system maintenance. However, you MAY have to delete the links to your former classes. To do that, just follow these directions.

How do I add my email address?

When we create our student accounts, we do not have access to student email information to include in the data transfer. However, having an email address in the system is essential to getting the full use out of SchoolFusion, so students are strongly encouraged to add their email addresses.

1. After logging in, click My Personal Settings.

2. Type your email address into the Email Address field.

3. Click Change Information.

I am a Stonewall Jackson HS parent. Do I need to join each of my student's class webpages individually?

No. Only students should be members of classes. Parents should follow these directions.

I am a Stonewall Jackson HS parent. I am not receiving emailed updates for my child's classes. Why not?

If you are not receiving emails from a class, look at the classpage for that teacher and look at their Recent Activity in the top right corner. More often than not, you will probably find that the teacher hasn't made any updates or changes to their pages, which is why you as the parent have not received the email.

You should also check your email settings. Go to "My Personal Settings" in the left personal dashboard area. Go to the Notifications tab and make sure you have enabled the notification emails.

I am a Stonewall Jackson HS parent. I am receiving the student's assignments in my email the day of or day after they are due. As a parent, how can I ensure that I get the assignments on time?

The emails that get sent to the parents are compiled and sent at the end of the day (around midnight.) If the teacher created these announcements or posted the assignment after the time the email is sent, you will not receive the information until the following day's email. You should contact the individual teacher if this is a consistent problem and request they post the assignments earlier.

How do I add a club webpage to my account?

1.	After logging in, click Student Activities/Student Groups on the top navigation bar.
2.	Navigate to the club webpage you wish to join.
3.	Click the join this group link or button.
4.	A link to the club webpage will appear on your navigation bar with the word "pending". Once the club sponsor approves you, the link will become active.

How do I add a team webpage to my account?

1.	After logging in, click Student Activities/Athletics on the top navigation bar.
2.	Navigate to the team webpage you wish to join.
3.	Click the join this team link or button.
4.	A link to the team webpage will appear on your navigation bar with the word "pending". Once the club sponsor approves you, the link will become active.
