Parent Accounts for SchoolFusion/Edulink
This year parents have a new single user ID and password that will access both SchoolFusion and Edulink.  This single account will access all children in a family, even in multiple Prince William County schools.  Parents will be able to create their accounts using a special Passcode they can pick up in the Counseling Department.  If a parent cannot pick up a passcode, you may submit this form to the Counseling Department via fax or mail.  For directions how to create this account once you have your passcode, click here.
SJHS New Course Change Policy
Student course selections are used as the basis for textbook purchases, teacher employment, and master scheduling development; therefore, schedule changes will not be permitted in the fall. We encourage students and parents to give careful consideration to the courses selected in order to ensure that students are able to enroll in the courses they want.
Your student has been given a copy of his/her course selections for next year to bring home to your for approval.  If you have changes that you would like to make please do so on this form and return the form to your child's counselor.
In May, your students will receive another copy of their course selection and at this time, will have an opportunity to make changes once again until July 1st 2010.  This will allow students enough time to receive report cards and reassess their selections.  Because registration is a commitment on the part of the student, parent, and staff members, we encourage you to consult with your student's counselor prior to the end of the academic school year. This process will ensure that courses selected by your student meet all desired objectives based upon diploma type and career goals.
Again, there will be no schedule changes after July 1, 2010.

Change in Flex Schedule
Stonewall Jackson has a built in FLEX period that meets every other day that is typically reserved for remediation and/or enrichment activities. Due to the significant loss of instructional time, we will alter our FLEX guidelines to allow for the introduction of new material during this time. This will begin starting the week of February 22nd until the end of the school year on June 18th to ensure that we are able to teach the entire curriculum prior to end-of-course assessments and final exams.  Click here to read the parent letter.
Special Education Workshop

Manassas Mall School Sense
Manassas Mall is pleased to offer its School Sense incentive program for a second year to help local schools earn free computers, a/v tools, sporting equipment, and more. Parents and teachers can turn in purchase receipts from any Manassas Mall store (excluding J.C. Penney, Macy's, and Target) to the mall management office to earn points for the school of their choice. Participating schools can then "shop" from a catalog of supplies with their cumulative school points. Since last year, our School Division as a whole has accumulated more than 255,000 points.
